Call for Papers
Globally recognized as Asia’s premier international conference dedicated to secondary lead and battery recycling, the 9th International Secondary Lead & Battery Recycling Conference will explore a wide range of technical and market aspects across various battery chemistries.
We invite submissions from presenters covering the full spectrum of topics relevant to these industries. Papers may be research-driven or practice-based, but the focus should be on providing attendees with cutting-edge information, promoting a deeper understanding, and fostering industry-wide cooperation.
Submissions will be evaluated based on the quality of the abstract, originality, technical relevance, and contributions to advancing current practices. The Program Committee will make the final decision on paper acceptance, ensuring a high standard of content for the conference.
Language
The conference draws a diverse group of delegates from numerous countries, each with their own native language. However, we kindly request that all papers be presented in clear, well-spoken English, as it is the official language of the conference.
Key Dates
Deadline for receipt of abstracts: 4 April 2025
Notification of paper acceptance: 1 May 2025
Papers
Papers will be scheduled to suit the final program and will be delivered as 20 minute presentations with a further 5 minutes of live question and answer time.
Submission Conditions
- The invitation to submit an abstract does not constitute an offer to pay travel, accommodation or registration costs associated with the Conference
- Selected presenters are required to register for the conference. A reduced presenter registration fee will be offered. Failure to pay this fee by the set date will result in removal of the paper from the program.
- By submitting this proposal you grant the organisers permission to publish the abstract in hard copy and electronic format.
Format
- Please ensure the title of your presentation is in sentence case
- The abstract should be brief with a 250-word limit. It should be concise, objective, and structured as follows:
a). The purpose of the research
b). The research methods that are being used
c). A summary of the major findings and their overall significance
d). Details of any further work needed
e). Keywords: A limit of five - Abstracts must be accompanied by presenter’s biography in no more than 250 words
- Please include all authors of the submission and their affiliations.
Submit your Abstract
Please use the abstract submission form to upload your abstract. You will be notified via email once your submission has been received. Your submission will be checked by the Technical Committee for grammar and length. You will be notified via email whether or not your abstract is accepted.
