Delegates staying on to attend 21ABC please note the conference will be held at Sabah International Convention Centre.
Accommodation Bookings
Delegates may book accommodation when registering via the Online Registration Form. If you have already registered and now need to book accommodation please contact the Events Team.
Delegates can elect the stay at Hilton Kota Kinabalu or Holiday Inn Express Kota Kinabalu City Centre which is conveniently located across the road form Hilton Kota Kinabalu.
Hilton Kota Kinabalu
Nestled in the heart of Kota Kinabalu City, Hilton Kota Kinabalu boasts four dining options, a cocktail bar and an outdoor rooftop pool with a bird’s eye view of the city and harbor. The hotel is located within a short transfer ride to Sabah International Convention Centre.
Hilton Kota Kinabalu is 10 minutes from the Jesselton Jetty, a 5-minute drive to the famous handicraft market, and a mere 5-minute walk to the Kota Kinabalu Waterfront, dotted with bars and restaurants that comes to life when the sun goes down.
Deluxe Rooms
Decorated in natural colors, all guest rooms are spacious and appointed with a interactive TV, smart lighting, minibar and air conditioning. The en-suite bathroom comes with a shower and luxury amenities.

Holiday Inn Express Kota Kinabalu City Centre
The Holiday Inn Express Kota Kinabalu City Centre is located directed across the road from Hilton Kota Kinabalu and is a short walk from shopping malls, restaurants and bars and Kota Kinabalu’s busting markets and attractions.
The hotel features free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour gym, business centre, self service launderette and an onsite restaurant and bar.
Standard Rooms
The hotel has well-appointed rooms, featuring high-quality bedding and a choice of soft or firm pillows. All rooms offer free WiFi, a 43-inch LCD TV, coffee- and tea-making facilities, a safe, a refrigerator, an iron and ironing board and an ergonomic work station.

Reservations
Delegates can book rooms when registering to attend the event. A credit card will be required to guarantee your booking.
Change of Reservation
Please contact the R100 Event Team should you need to cancel or amend your booking.
Check-in and Check-out Times
The standard check-in time is from 5:00 PM and the hotel’s check-out time is 12:00 noon. Additional charges will apply should you require early arrival or late check-out.
Cancellation of Room
Should you need to cancel a reservation please contact the R100 Event Team
Reservations can be cancelled without penalty up until Tuesday 1 July 2025. If you cancel your reservation after that date and your room cannot be resold, the hotel reserves the right to charge all nights’ accommodation as cancellation fees. This also comes into effect in case of early departure or n
