Our dedicated tabletop display area will be conveniently located in the foyer of the main ballroom, ensuring maximum visibility. This prime spot is also where the morning and afternoon catering breaks will be held, giving exhibitors and attendees plenty of opportunities to connect and engage.

All exhibitors will have the opportunity to hire additional items including screens, signage and and banners. The hiring price list for additional items will be available closer to the conference dates.

Cancellations

A full refund* will be available for those exhibitors that request to cancel their exhibition space up to 23 May 2025. 100% cancellation of the exhibition package applies after 25 May 2025

* Merchant and other banking fees as applies will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Payments

A Tax Invoice will be emailed to you detailing payment options. Options include international bank transfer, Visa card, Mastercard or AMEX.
