Flávio Bruno holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG), an MBA in Project Management and Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). With over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, he has built a solid career, starting as an engineering intern and progressing to leadership positions in strategic areas.

Throughout his professional journey, he has gained extensive experience in production and industrial, mega-project management, and sustainable development. His key achievements include leading the construction of a battery facility and, more recently, overseeing the implementation of a new metals recycling facility, reinforcing his commitment to innovation and sustainability in the industry.

Currently, he serves as Director of Metallurgy, Procurement, and Sustainability, driving operational efficiency, supply chain management, and the implementation of sustainable practices in the industry. His career is marked by strategic vision, leadership, and a strong focus on the transformation and advancement of the automotive sector.
