Norman Mukwakwami leads the implementation of Trafigura’s Responsible Sourcing Programme, delivering on Trafigura’s commitment to uphold internationally recognised human rights in our supply chains of minerals, metals and bulk commodities. A sustainability professional with a decade of ESG experience, Norman has worked with the World Bank, Pact, and now Trafigura. His proven track record is backed by an academic foundation, including advanced degrees in Mineral Economics and Mining Engineering, and he is currently pursuing a PhD. Norman’s mission is to drive responsible sourcing, upholding industry standards while creating value for stakeholders.
